Furniture sourcing and styling of the Yukon showhome was meant to highlight an elegant, modern lifestyle with undertones paying homage to the Victorian era aesthetic showcased within the home’s Architecture. Incorporating weighted, structured, and richly textured furnishings allowed us to achieve a visually timeless design within the space.

Deep wood tones, lush textiles and soft window treatments add warmth and opulence to the interior atmosphere. Simplified accessories such as statues, bowls, and assorted ornamental items complete the look within each room. With our approach, this modern, Victorian-style home was curated to evoke interest from both an older, and younger, demographic of buyers with a mature aesthetic and eye for quality.
